Willow Ridge Rental Restrictions

NOTE: This is for owners of Willow Ridge Units to seek annual approval to rent their unit, this is not an application to rent a unit. Willow Ridge HOA doesn't own or manage any rental units. You must apply every year for approval to rent your unit. 

Willow Ridge has a limit on the number of units that can be rental/leased and not occupied by the homeowner. This limit is 20% of the units, 56 of the 278 total units in Willow Ridge.

Current Percentage is: 17%

Per the HOA restrictions, owners not living in their units, wishing to rent/lease their Willow Ridge home must submit prior approval to the HOA board. This is an annual process that will need to be completed by the annual dues due date March 1st every year. If a property is purchased for rental/lease purposes, the application will need to be submitted prior to renting and can be submitted prior to closing on the property understanding that approvals are first come, so submission of an application while the rental percentage is under 20% doesn't guarantee approval of the application.

You must reapply every year for approval. 
You will get an email once the request is reviewed and approved. Review can take a couple of weeks.
